What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Doich Foods ships within the continental United States and Canada to maintain the integrity and safety of our food products. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

How can I track my order?
